2. Educational scope
MeritTorque provides general educational material about car jacks and vehicle lifting preparation. Content is not a guarantee of safety, a substitute for a vehicle manual, or professional mechanical advice.
3. Responsible use
You are responsible for assessing your equipment, vehicle, environment, ability, and local requirements. Stop when conditions are uncertain and seek qualified assistance. Never exceed manufacturer ratings or use damaged equipment.
4. Accounts and demonstrations
Login, registration, cart, and checkout elements may be demonstrations. No payment is collected through the local cart unless a separate written service agreement states otherwise.
5. Intellectual property
MeritTorque text, course structure, branding, and interface are protected by applicable law. You may use material for personal learning but may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute it without permission.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to keep information accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted access or suitability for every vehicle. To the extent permitted by law, MeritTorque is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on general educational content.
